We at kozoopet.com strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, our return and refund policy facilitates the process to return the item for a refund or exchange. Here are the details of our return and refund processes.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition as per our product condition requirements. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Product Condition

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items returned without original packaging or in a non-resalable condition may not qualify for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at cs@kozoopet.com to notify us of your return and the reason.
  2. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item, including any associated paperwork.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided. Note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or health and personal care products, cannot be returned. These are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product description pages.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same or a different item, follow the return process outlined above. Please specify in your initial email that you wish to exchange the product.
